Feb. 2022Medellin- Overseeing the administrative, financial, and HR areas of the company (Medellín office - Colombia) and their inherent processes such as fixed asset management, maintenance, cafeteria, courier services, supplier management, contract administration, purchasing, development and welfare activities, recruitment and selection, disciplinary processes, implementation of the occupational health and safety management system, among others.
- Developing, implementing, and executing tactical and operational plans and processes, meeting the company's objectives and budgets.
- Preparing and processing payroll, social security, and parafiscal contributions.
- Drafting the monthly budget for the Colombia office for approval by the Financial Vice Presidency (US), ensuring optimization and compliance.
- Managing cash flow and bank accounts in accordance with the approved monthly budget.
- Supervising accounting, including payroll, accounts payable, receivables, bank reconciliations, remittances, and financial reporting.
- Managing the maintenance and repair of office equipment, as well as the replacement of supplies.
- Handling RMAs (return merchandise authorization), by providing effective solutions to customers regarding credits, refunds, and replacements of purchased devices.
