I began my NLP certification in October 2023 and completed my Master NLP Practitioner credential in October 2024 through Pointe One, under the mentorship of Tony Kaye, alongside becoming a Certified Time Line Therapy® Practitioner. These modalities provide powerful tools for understanding how language, thought patterns, and subconscious programming shape behaviour and results. I use them to help clients clear mental and emotional blocks, release limiting beliefs, and rewire patterns for lasting change. I’ve applied these skills to strengthen my work in childcare leadership, private coaching, and live event strategy by helping clients develop the mindset, confidence, and communication skills to achieve their goals with clarity and alignment.

In Fall 2020, I also began homeschooling my own child with the same intentional approach. When covering for the owner, I additionally managed full internal operations; including client intake, dispatching investigators, coordinating with contractors and vendors, setting up client retainers, and overseeing all active cases from initial request to final client delivery. This required balancing multiple priorities, maintaining clear communication across all parties, and ensuring cases moved forward smoothly and on deadline.
