Dec. 2018 - Sep. 2021Pune, Maharashtra, India• Partnering with Business to steer growth and tap the potential of over 250 • Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of the Employees by streamlining and upgrading HR processes that include recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, retention, compliance, L&D for the region. • Handling Performance Management System (PMS) • Coordinating with vendors such visiting & ID cards for employees, labor contractors, housekeeping & etc. • Managing operational related activities of HR • Drafting Confirmation / extension letter for employees, maintaining a tracker (MIS) for the same and updating it on everyday basis • Employee Engagement Activities: organizing events / festivals and competition, celebrating birthdays. • Making system entries for New Joiners, preparing files, joining formalities and on-boarding activities • Coordinating for induction for different department • Handling recruitment: Shortlisting candidates, taking forward with department head interview, and closing the position for the required department • Assets allocation, SIM card requirement and creation of mail ID for new joiner
