Hi, my name is Julie and I help entrepreneurs and leaders track and grow their social impact to attract clients and funders effectively. After a decade designing, implementing and evaluating impact projects around the world (France, the UK, Thailand, Kenya, India), I’ve learned that while good intentions are important, systemic change requires more. Effective projects share three key elements: a strong organisational culture, a data-driven strategy, and clear evaluation checkpoints to support monitoring and iteration from day one. Seven years of entrepreneurship have taught me valuable lessons in navigating the challenges of early-stage ventures. I learned to pivot during the pandemic, manage remote teams across timezones, launch a Minimum Viable Product, and be the head of product for skill-training app. I now tap into this experience to advise ambitious ventures and support them with the tools and skills needed to achieve their goals.
