I worked alongside cross-functional teams to implement holistic diversity strategies, ensuring inclusivity at all organizational levels while eliminating bias and fostering openness for all individuals. One of my key accomplishments included transforming recruitment processes to be more inclusive, resulting in a significant increase in hiring underrepresented groups. My proficiency in advanced technologies, including AI & machine learning, enabled me to streamline recruitment while maintaining a strong focus on inclusion.
