Initiate process improvements, analyse and recommend system or process changes and ensure successful implementation. Implementation of Projects – Ensure successful implementation of the projects (as per the business plan) within the agreed timeframe. d) Staff Management & Development – Increase staff engagement through maintaining a positive people environment . e) Relationship Management – Extend support and manage relationship with all the business partners.
