Supporting the White House | Black Market brand as Senior Designer & Consultant, I led efforts to: • Synthesize market trend and sales data to reveal actionable insights • Define retail omni-channel concept direction WHBM with 300+ stores and $800M annual sales • Advise stakeholders on quarterly planning using data-driven insight • Deliver global trend research and compelling vision of seasonal design direction • Engage leadership in trend analysis, concept creation, sustainability solutions and cost engineering • Enhance product categories representing 25% of total brand sales ($200M) • Elevate brand identity through innovative signature design, achieving double-digit sales growth • Drive digital transformation, reducing workload by 40% and increasing adoption ratios to 85% • Initiate pilot programs to promote environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies • Introduce sustainable raw materials and processes into merchandise strategy • Leverage 2D to 3D apparel design software to create product and reduce samples by 50% • Collaborate with Merchandising, Technical Design, Sourcing, Marketing and Visual teams
