- Steered the "virality team" focus towards activation after identifying this as the key driver of viral growth, which implied redefining the team strategy and revamping our experimentation roadmap to increase our activation rates. - Redesigned our new user onboarding flow using a gamified approach which resulted in a statistically significant 6% increase in one day retention and 32% increase in one week retention (leading indicators to increasing our free to paid conversion rate which peaked in the following cohort of users) - Implemented an onboarding flow for invited users who represented the largest portion of our user base which resulted in statistically significant increases in their activity within the product. - Introduced new input fields in our signup flow which enabled us to experiment with personalized onboarding flows for one of our key user personas. - Led exploratory analyses in collaboration with our analytics team to help us inform and prioritize our field of experimentation.

The Silvers project was created with the mission to break the barriers and stigma of aging. It's a platform that connects seniors with young people through experiences. I co-founded this project bringing the product knowledge and building from the ground up a first working version of our platform. I have also worked heavily on scouting our first senior members in non scalable ways until we gained the necessary momentum for it to be self driven.
