Sep. 2006 - Sep. 2007Assist in operations management for the Senior Regional Manager of the South West & UK region with seven branches Coordinate internal and external relations between multiple departments including company board members at the regional executive level Calculate and generate regional/national reports, project analysis, growth projection, financial annotations, RFP’s and agreements Maintain executive travel plans (domestic and international), calendar meetings, take and communicate minutes Plan events including but not limited to procuring sites, creating event activities, planning catering, and planning award ceremonies Prepare monthly and annual budget projection reports, expense reports, and approval for regional manager for seven branches Responsible for all administrative needs for seven district managers in the South West & UK branches Responsible for facility operations, telecommunications, coordinating local & regional events, meetings, agendas
