Focused on strong marketing mix and website, especially digital, resulting in top tier “cost per order” and email performance metrics, and an online booking percentage of 35%. Pioneered pay-for-performance advertising program with franchise system. Worked with former Delta Faucet Co. ad agency to revamp and reposition the Zerorez brand and identity, which was then rolled out nationally. Chaired the franchisor Brand Committee for several years, overseeing the brand repositioning, the improvement of online booking systems, and a subscription/loyalty strategy. Created multiple systems for managing business using Google Business toolset.
