Reporting to Managing Director • Creation of the Marketing Plan which contributed to 20%+ year on year sales growth for 3 years, whilst reducing marketing costs by 5% per year
• Development of a unique Screwfix UK Marketing Universe with full mapping facility in conjunction with Experian
• Developed the Trade Counter marketing plan which has generated £100m+ from the estate over a 2 year period
• Managed the ambitious Trade Counter launch programme which has delivered over 40 new sites per year, with up to 4 launches per week • Developed paid-search marketing programme, becoming one of Google’s premier Industry accounts
• Pioneered UK’s first trial of full web integration into downloadable video content
• Created the Screwfix online research panel for real-time customer feedback
