Sep. 2003 - Dec. 2007Managed the re-design and roll-out of Xtra-Vision's in-store branding and store layout following a complete brand audit. utilizing market research information acquired Print content Management: Was acting editor for Xtra-Vision's monthly movie magazine and took responsibility for the start up of an Xtra-Vision game magazine, which included organising the brand launch and liaising with various computer game distributors including EA, Microsoft, Sony, Activision, THQ and Ubisoft. Retail Operations support: Responsible for the design, production and delivery of comprehensive in-store merchandising guide for 200 store-managers to ensure printed advertising materials were used correctly. 3rd party communications: Managed key partner relationships through regular meetings and provided clients with detailed marketing plans complete with individual media schedules and 'return on investment' reports. Designed, implemented and managed, as part of a team, a client briefing plan for key retail periods to ensure full participation from key partners PUBLISHING EXPERIENCE 'Xtra Mag'; Monthly publication distributed across Ireland containing information on monthly releases, movie news and in-store offers.
