This involved establishing an In-store Identity, The development of a substantial marketing campaign working closely with the Operations team, Advertising agency and Design Agency. Success was measured through a dramatic increase in traded games revenue immediately from launch which continues to grow at a sustainable level. Example: The Sourcing of 250,000 footballs for a product launch across all Blockbuster European Territories; this involved liaising with suppliers, price negotiation and management of timed-delivery deadlines for all 4 territories. Success was measured by Xtra-vision taking the no.1 Market share position for the product, positive feedback from customers and a 50% reduction in unit costs compared to previous years.
