Ensure defective/ non-conforming supplier products are contained and returned to the supplier/ disposed of in an appropriate manner Seek and utilize knowledge of the supplier quality professional, including quality systems, technologies, and statistical tools Check Regulatory compliance of new raw material and contaminants review. Collecting data and compiling supplier scorecards Process raw material data to effectively complete customer product specifications, approve specifications and facilitate sign off with customers. Directs and advises both Pest Control, Laundry, Hygiene and Cleaning and Cleaning chemicals Service Provider/s.

Keep records of communication and training Conduct and maintain scheduled internal audits schedules and assist with external audits Identify, trend and communicate yellow and red bands and participate in RCA sessions
