I work where logic meets feeling. As a psychotherapist and writer, I’ve spent years studying how people hold it together and what happens when they finally stop trying to. The Unusual Therapist began as an experiment in honest psychology, written in human language. It’s now a growing space for those who think deeply, feel quietly, and live in constant translation between the mind and the world. Through my practice and writing, I help people reframe strength, process grief, and find clarity that lasts longer than comfort. Because healing isn’t always loud. Sometimes, it’s just the sound of finally telling yourself the truth. I’m also the author of Simple Plane Love and the co-author of The Old Bold Pilot. Fiction is my drug of choice, mildly addictive and entirely medicinal, keeping me curious through the worlds I read and the ones I create.
