I am the founder of the company Communication Plus. We have been engaged in management consulting for more than 20 years, with a focus on mass service solutions and telecommunications services. We are also involved in interim management projects. My professional career began back in 1996 in a call center, where I worked as a call center manager. From there, my corporate journey progressed from the lowest position in customer care all the way to CEO of a company that was sold for 1.5 billion euros.
