Oct. 2010Dubai, United Arab EmiratesRecruitment and Selection: works with the General Manager and other hiring managers in creating job descriptions and specifications, employing various sourcing strategies, managing applicant screening and interviewing as well as administering test or employment assessments when needed. Onboarding: extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, including compensation, benefits, and start dates as well as manage all paperwork completion, orientation, and helping new hires acclimate to the organization. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters. As well as mediating and resolving workplace conflicts and issues when they arise. Data Management: Compile, assess, and verify a range of personnel action documents, including but not limited to new hire paperwork, salary modifications, promotions, allowances, reimbursement requests, payments, and various other forms. Performance Management: Implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance appraisals and feedback processes. Assist in identifying development needs and career growth opportunities for employees. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave and ticket, and other benefits. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and update HR policies as necessary. Additionally, oversee the company's PRO function, ensuring the efficient and timely processing of company licenses, employee visa applications, renewals, and cancellations. Budgeting: Develop, present, and oversee the HR budget, encompassing personnel expenses, recruitment outlays, training and development expenditures, benefits management, and various other HR-related costs. Distribute budgetary resources among distinct HR functions and initiatives, prioritizing those of strategic significance.
