Key elements of the project were: Stakeholder Relationship Management; Business Case Development; Legal and Regulatory Compliance; and Project Management of cross functional teams internally and across Companies. Also within my role, I managed the relationship between Wonga and iWYZE, looking for improvements in the delivery of the services to the partnership. I successfully introduced improved reporting on a daily and monthly basis and facilitated product development opportunities.

Career Highlights are: - Yalu, a R40m start-up fin-tech company providing Credit Life Insurance in the South African consumer market. I was appointed by the CEO to provide consulting services to improve their current systems and processes to enable sales growth and build capacity for the company to scale up. My contribution involved new channel and product integration into their systems, developing their project prioritisation process, resource mapping and capacity planning and embedding effective project management practices in their business. In June 2019, the organisation reached readiness for scalability and successfully raised funds to expand their business. - Bigen Africa, an infrastructure development and civil engineering company with operations in 7 African countries and a staff complement of 500. The company had immature Human Resources practices with respect to their grading system and talent management process. I designed a tool that allowed them to evaluate, identify and record their key Talent across multiple disciplines and, together with their HR team, successfully graded all employees through a new grading methodology and process designed by my partner and I. Responsible for overall business performance of The Club at Meyrick Park, including the four key areas of: Sales Performance, Customer Service Delivery, People Management and Financial Management. As General Manager of The Club at Meyrick Park, I developed the Club from an 18-hole golf course to a full-service Country Club with a state-of-the art health and fitness club, a 17-bedroomed boutique hotel, an upgraded food and beverage offering and upgraded golf course. I oversaw the following: construction of the new facilities; development of the strategic growth plan and budgets; growth in the staff complement from 6 to 40; sales and marketing functions of the new health and fitness club; and service quality standards across all divisions in the Club. In our first full year of operation, The Club at Meyrick Park was runner-up in the "Club of the Year" category at the annual Club Company Group awards. I also designed and rolled out a financial performance management dashboard for the departments in my club, which was eventually adopted by all eleven clubs across the group.
