Aileen Canta, the founder of A F Canta Inc., established her hospitality development firm in 2005. Based in California, Aileen brings nearly 25 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in mixed-use and commercial building projects. From inception to completion, Aileen has overseen every aspect of hotel development, including deal structuring, capital raising, brand and management negotiations, and development and construction. Her portfolio spans a wide range of hotel projects, including luxury, boutique, select service, full service, and resort properties. Aileen began her career with the Kor Group, where the intimate environment of a smaller firm allowed her to gain comprehensive expertise in hotel development from start to finish. Her mastery of "Complete" Project Development set the foundation for her career as a leader in hospitality development. Throughout her career, Aileen has advised numerous property owners on how to build and adaptively reuse their properties. With strong relationships across all major U.S. hotel brands, she has been instrumental in successfully delivering challenging projects.
