Maintained projects, produced reports for top management explained variances between general ledger and Construction in Process (CIP). •Using the Financial Resource Management Manual (FRMM) as a guideline, determined expensed versus capitalized costs for Coast Guard property, maintained project folders and pulled documentation for all capitalized assets for three different government agencies. •Analyzed Transportation Security Administration (TSA) contracts and purchase orders to handle post-contract maintenance of TSA capitalized assets in Oracle; also maintained assets in the Sunflower system for TSA. Audited TSA invoices to ensure asset purchases agree with terms of purchase orders and contracts. Served as a point of contact for internal and external audits related to TSA property.
