This includes but is not limited to: - Maintaining an updated order Log - Handling all order communications with customer/distributors - Managing Annual price review and update on SAP - Generating SAP reports to manage orders against each market - Maintaining accurate timelines with our customers for orders, tenders & deliveries. - Co-coordinating monthly on the delivery schedules and reconciling orders against forecast with the demand planner - Assessing monthly supply risk files and executing adjustments to order deliveries accordingly - Managing order timelines with the supply team & the sites to mitigate write offs & penalties due to ad hoc conditions. - Validating & applying prices specific to each gulf market as per formulary registration and institutional/contractual agreements. - Validating & Resolving pricing and FOC concerns with all distributors against quoted tenders & private market orders. - Maintaining a strong process that supports the internal networks of a global company and our customers in real time - Ensuring compliance with all operational policies and managing customer relations. - Handling market communication and planning adjustments including emergency supply requirements for life-saving medication - Liaising with counterparts in UK and coordinating export market supplies arriving directly from site to ensure lead time adherence - Maintaining accurate, clear & concise documentation and approvals on every order transaction with all gulf markets - Following tender and quoting process & timelines as per each markets institutional templates/requirements - Managing marketing company expectations on lead times and validating received documents prior to engaging supply - Maintaining all monthly credit/debit note requirements with our distributors
