In my current role as a designer, I have: • Collaborated in developing a proprietary methodology process for the digital laboratory, encompassing project briefing, discovery, design, development, and the creation of specific frameworks and actions tailored to each stage of the process. • Collaborated with reasearchers in conducting interviews with project managers to co-create, define, and formulate the fiscal year's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for digital products within the laboratory. • Consolidate UX research and business learnings of the new solutions projects in e-books, presentations, and graphic materials to present to board, investors and other stakeholders of interest. • Created new branding concepts and guidelines for the new solutions that are being developed at the Digital Laboratory. Going deep in understanding of the solution business and context to transform the information into an impact visual solution. • Helped communicate comprehensive business cases to support development and design initiatives and secure stakeholder buy-in. • Participated in Design Thinking Sessions using design frameworks to and Problem Solving in technology apps development context. • Collaborated in organizing and planning a design workshop for business and strategies discovery to improve user experience in a global expanding digital product. • Collaborated in developing user journey maps to understand user experience, pain points, possibilities, and touchpoints. • Crafted visually compelling presentations that told the story behind design concepts, aligned with business goals, and effectively communicated strategies to engage and inspire startup stakeholders.
