Manage a team of regional marketing managers throughout the Americas who focus on lead generation and partner enablement. Responsible for management of ~745 campaigns per year, including creation, execution, operations, and training as well as supporting applications, systems, and overarching program support. Lead team of 25 to support company’s largest market (U.S.), most strategic developing market (LatAm) and largest channel partner base. Manage strategic planning and execution, sales relationships, budget allocation, tactical marketing, channel partner marketing and end-user lead generation, from hands on execution to final reporting, analysis and recommendations for future campaigns. Maintain and increase market share, through new business and cross-sell, up-sell campaigns. Establish and execute regional (Mexico, Canada, U.S., etc.) and segment specific (SMB, MM, Enterprise, Federal, etc.) campaigns, relationships, vendor contracts, budgets and activities. Develop direct, email, online and partner marketing initiatives, including webinars, whitpepapers, events, and seminars. Encourage and implement cutting edge technology to augment staffing shortages and achieve goals.
Expand U.S. (largest market) partner programs and tools to rest of world as appropriate. Program manage implementation of first WW content management system and complementary partner portal.
