Stand TogetherSupervising Producer, Video Storytelling
Feb. 2023 - May. 2025Washington, District of Columbia, United StatesMy role evolved to span creative development and direction, executive producing, and strategy. I help bring campaigns to life through thoughtful storytelling and collaborative leadership across nonprofit, political, and private sector communications, with internal and external clients, translating complex and nuanced messaging into high-quality, bespoke creative aligned with brand identity and campaign goals. Helped develop and oversee creative for three brand relaunches in our grassroots portfolio, acting as Creative Director for multiple major campaigns, and advising on projects with three creative agencies simultaneously, working cross-functionally with marketing and communications leaders, brand managers, and publishing, strategy, and social media teams. I've functioned as executive producer both in the field and as concept/creative lead, giving feedback in edits and scripts, working with strategists and marketers to develop creative that supports strategic goals, informs budgets, and helps guide decision-making. I led and collaborated on multimedia approaches leveraging internal teams and a diverse network of artists, changemakers, athletes, and partners to create meaningful, resonant messaging. Advised and participated in live event production, including designing content and programming, show-running and talent coaching, feedback and direction for presenters and/or interviews for leaders and VIPs including CEO, Executive Director, VP, and Director levels. Created and pitched original series and treatments for videos and podcasts, providing budget, scope of work, timelines, and milestones. Direct documentary-style videos and multi-deliverable projects from initial concept through post-production—building creative briefs, guiding scripting, pre-interviews, storyboards, client-facing materials, and review processes. Regularly interact with donor partners and vendors, navigating critical and sometimes sensitive relationships with confidence and care.

Sep. 2017 - Oct. 2018Nicosia, CyprusMaking a documentary film following an anthropologically-inspired and historical approach. The film asks whether Cypriots from both sides of the Green Line on their divided island are socializing without impetus or organization from political groups in a grassroots, personally motivated way. Whether or not this occurs, in which situations and why will help shed light on whether a solution to reunite Cyprus is possible, and the obstacles that remain. Further, the story of Cyprus and the existential consequences of divisive politics and political rhetoric is an instructive one, and it is my hope that a look at the lives that are truly affected by it may provide insight to us all.
