Program awarded the national Coming Up Taller Award.  Mentorship of Under-Served Youth: Mentored students (ages 9 to 17) from the disadvantaged city of Chester in their creation of self-written, self-motivated productions; taught workshops; tutored and advised on college selection. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR TEACHERS  Teacher Development: Created and directed a thriving professional teacher development program. Expanded program in three years from 6 to 85 teachers, and reaching 50 schools. Trained teachers to integrate and utilize arts within school curriculum.  New Program Implementation: Led and implemented state-accredited and graduate-level courses, workshops, residencies, and mentoring programs.  Professional Development for Teachers: Acted as project director of $100,000 grant initiative to create comprehensive theatre-based program at Delaware Valley Friends School for teachers and students with special needs.
