Teacher Development: Created and directed a thriving professional teacher development program. Expanded program in three years from 6 to 85 teachers, and reaching 50 schools. Trained teachers to integrate and utilize arts within school curriculum.
New Program Implementation: Led and implemented state-accredited and graduate-level courses, workshops, residencies, and mentoring programs.
Professional Development for Teachers: Acted as project director of $100,000 grant initiative to create comprehensive theatre-based program at Delaware Valley Friends School for teachers and students with special needs.
