I've been working in both B2B and B2C roles for the past 9-10 years, starting with B2C sales positions as a vehicle and household moving consultant, then moving on to leading a vehicle shipping dispatch and sales team, then to leading a customer support/care team. After taking a break from the "slightly" stressful customer suppot environment, moved on to the current position in the operations department. My main focus is always on improving processes in order to smooth out the steps needed to successfully close any deals and satisfy the clients. Anything that can lead to a better and easier workload for the employees, while improving customer satisfaction is a "let's do it" for me.
