Aug. 2013 - Sep. 2017Dubai, UAE- Actively manage and develop Key Accounts on multi-segments such as Leisure Retail, Wholesaler & MICE. - Proactively search for new accounts both for individual and group business to drive room and food & beverage revenue into all of the Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. - Drive key sales activities for this segment such as annual Preferred Agreements, client appointments, promotions, familiarization trips and Hotel sales trips to deliver increased market penetration and revenue production goals. - Maintains full and accurate knowledge of the competitive hotel chains, monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly to market needs and trends. - Maintains a full account data base and sales activity log within ISAC sales system. - Maintains business results and goals set via the PMP process. - Actively coordinate business between clients and hotels – to include problem resolution on any group business. - Updates clients of new hotels, updates, renovations, promotions etc. on a regular basis. - Prepare and conducts reconciliation sales reports for the Middle East Global Sales on a monthly. quarterly and yearly basis.
