Other duties include: incident reporting and investigation; HAZOPs; LOPAs: PHAs; daily operational efficiency oversight; continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives; safety management and oversight; SOP development; training and mentoring operations staff; staff scheduling and management; maintenance planning and scheduling; SAP use for maintenance (work orders; purchase requisitions; etc.); turnaround/shutdown night shift coordination for the site; work permitting; equipment shutdown, startup, commissioning and maintenance preparation (isolation, lockout/tag, decontamination); environmental and regulatory compliance assurance.
