These requests include processing refunds or payments and manipulating various financial transactions. ● Train new employees for all departments to use multiple databases, generate and understand reports given to clients to ensure processes and procedures specific to the department are understood ● Oversee the department when the department manager is out of the office or unavailable as the senior member of the team
