Jan. 2009 - Jun. 2011-pre-sales activities – prepare demos and offers, conduct clients presentations -analyze client’s business processes and advise on suitable solutions -manage the development of functional requirements and technical specifications -participate in projects coordination and development -communicate with Higher Management and Project Managers on client side -manage the project in terms of staffing needs, cost, timeframe, reporting, quality and risk, set priorities -assigns duties and responsibilities to local team managers (of Analysts, QAs, developers), supervise their work -lead system implementation. -provide on site technical and functional trainings for the client -work with the management team for the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices -participate in long term business planning -involved in all people-related matters including: work and resource planning, staffing and recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefit, new locations, etc.
