Oversee the P & L of the store on a daily basis
Run the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Write and carry out effective business plans for the restaurant.
Oversee, train and develop managers to the next level of operations.
Oversee, train, and develop supervisors to the management level.
Monitor food and liquor Actual vs. Theoretical threw daily and weekly inventories.
Project sales and sales trends on both a daily and weekly basis.
Write an effective management schedule according to the sales projections.
Monitor, control and oversee all of the store needs as far as product and expendables.
Train, develop and work with a staff of over 90 people, which include servers, host, cooks, and bartenders.
Conduct all interviews and hire all staff for the restaurant.
Conduct “days in the life” with people being considered for management positions with in the company.
