Initiated program to define and deliver anticipated “end point” of contracted technical and business solution.
Spearheaded deployment of standardized Program Management Processes for outsourcing accounts.
Provided Technical Sales support for IT services contract negotiations.
Selected for several key projects, including: Second Line Manager/Program Support Manager in Telstra Alliance, Melbourne; Technical Transition Manager, Monsanto Strategic Outsourcing Account in St. Louis, MO.
Efforts earned the IBM Global Services Excellence Award, 1999 and the Individual Contribution Award, CoBank Account Startup Support, 1997.
