• Lead the group product management team to manage the entire group product life cycle from market scoping, feasibility, requirement gathering, design, and regulatory approvals in coordination with local, regional and global teams for seamless and efficient implementation of new initiatives/products. • Manage and strategize the business profitability of the corporate solutions. Monitor and evaluate industry trends, news, events, announcements, customer drivers including competitor tracking to help identify or change business strategies. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Change Management Champion • Grew the Agency force from 200 licensed manpower in 2012 to 6K+ licensed Agents in 2018
• Established 5 Start up units within Commercial Business Division
• Completed a full study of process efficiency that realized a total of 20Mn+ thru process mapping integrated with data analytics
• Authored the KYC Guidelines for Commercial Business. Recognized by Asian Market Office
