Key Contributions: - Led UI/UX design for new features in PermataMobile X and PermataNet, improving usability and customer satisfaction. • Played a key role in the revamp from PermataMobile X to Permata ME, focusing on simplifying onboarding and elevating overall app experience. • Designed and improved digital mortgage journeys in the Digital KPR (Mortgage) project, ensuring seamless user flow and regulatory compliance. • Collaborated cross-functionally with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to turn business goals into user-centric solutions. • Gathered and translated requirements from key stakeholders into low- to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. • Conducted research and supported testing phases to ensure UI decisions were backed by data and user insights.
