Aug. 2025I have actively shipped AI-powered capabilities as part of product and platform enhancements, particularly within internal-facing tools and digital transformation initiatives.
Most recently, I led a back-office digital transformation project where we modernized a legacy trading platform used by internal stakeholders. As part of this, I leveraged AWS AI tooling (including Kiro) to design and build a modern front-end application with AI-assisted development. While this was not a standalone AI product, AI was deeply embedded in the development lifecycle enabling rapid prototyping, UI generation, and accelerated iteration cycles. This allowed us to significantly reduce development time, improve usability, and deliver a more efficient operational experience for end users.
In addition, I have worked on data-driven platforms where intelligent logic and automated decision-making played a key role particularly in sales incentive systems at Sysco LABS. These systems relied on large-scale data processing and rule-based intelligence to generate accurate, real-time insights for business users, which aligns closely with applied AI/ML use cases in enterprise environments.
While most of my AI exposure has been in augmenting product development and enhancing internal user experiences rather than building consumer-facing AI features from scratch, it has positioned me strongly to identify, design, and ship AI-enabled capabilities that deliver measurable value.
I’m currently continuing to deepen my hands-on experience with AI-driven product development, particularly in integrating AI into user-facing workflows and decision-support systems.

Dec. 2024 - Aug. 2025My journey at Sysco LABS has been a defining chapter in my career, where I evolved from a Business Analyst into a Product Owner driving high-impact, data-intensive solutions. Over the years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, data, and business, contributing to large-scale enterprise systems that support global sales and operations.
I began by strengthening my core in business analysis gathering requirements, bridging stakeholder needs, and delivering structured solutions in fast-paced environments. As I grew, I took on more ownership, leading initiatives focused on sales incentive management using Varicent, where I worked extensively with sales, transaction, and invoice data to improve accuracy, transparency, and performance tracking for sales associates.
One of my key contributions has been driving automation and efficiency. I led efforts to reduce manual operational overhead by building automated monitoring solutions using Python and Selenium, ensuring critical data pipelines were validated in real-time. In parallel, I played a central role in building dashboards that unified multiple backend systems, giving stakeholders a single, reliable view of operational and performance metrics.
