Guiding the technical evangelists in adopting modern process models. ▪️ Coaching HR department, drafting recruitment strategies for attracting better talent, and refining the interview process to constantly raise the team's average aptitude level. ▪️ Envisioning the long-term marketing strategy for the company’s future to aid its sales activities and eventually build a global brand with the passage of time. ▪️ Managing the top portfolio of clients on a regular basis & working with the Sales department on closing tier 1 leads. ▪️ Setting up macro agendas for the company’s growth and positioning the resources in order to achieve them. ▪️ Building a culture that breeds innovation. A culture that breeds original creative ideas that eventually help in creating better quality software for modern-day consumers. ▪️ Focusing on generating impactful & long-lasting value for the end-user/client of the product made by the company.
