Mar. 2019Lewisville, Texas, US●Collaborate with product owners to document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives. ●Identify project stakeholders and user classes, document user class characteristics, and negotiate responsibilities with appropriate representatives. ●Write requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely. ●Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail for use by those who must base their work on the requirements. ●Represent requirements using alternative views, such as visual analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or simulations, where appropriate. ●Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, verifiable and conform to standards. ●Plan and prioritize product development and feature backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business goals. ●Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy and maximizes return on investment. ●Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address challenges and dependencies. ●Manage product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations. ●Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture requirements for various projects facilitating continuous improvement of the vendor information systems app. ●Create business analysis artefacts such as use case diagrams, process flow diagrams, and project mock-up screens to capture end-to-end business processes. ●Collaborating with UX/UI designers to incorporate user feedback into app design iterations, ensuring optimal user experience.
