Along with my previous assistant duties I have some more responsibilities. I aid our sales team in quoting and following up to help secure bids. My Sales duties include tracking sales data as well and presenting it at quarterly sales meetings. I am in charge of creating sales material (flyers, post cards, etc.) to spread awareness of what we provide. It is also my role to quote repair parts for any active machines. I schedule and manage our production schedule along side our engineering team. This also involves purchasing and tracking all components coming into the factory/office to ensure our projects stay on schedule. I continue to be the first point of contact for our customers/vendors and strive to provide excellent customer service. Finally I aid our whole team with any overflow work and all Administrative tasks.
