• Giving tours to prospective families, and converting leads to enrolled families
• Driving the enrollment process (managing leads utilizing a CRM system)
• Processing and updating student/staff files per DCFS Licensing
• Recording and monitoring accounting/bookkeeping on ProCare software
• Creating professional company newsletters, parent emails, staff memos, expense reports, and school notices on a regular basis
• Utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft suite programs, and social media to provide clear communication to families, staff, and company leadership • Managing general, day-to-day operations for the school: billing, supply ordering, scheduling maintenance, processing payroll
