- Accountable for strategic culture change strategy and program including creating a culture of coaching, trust and respect. Lead change agent for inclusion and diversity and health and wellbeing, including implementing mental health first aiders.
- Project Management: Curriculum development, deployment of new technology systems, design and delivery of company-wide town-halls, cultural interventions such as creating culture change champions, and events including International Women’s Day. - Stakeholder management; from graduates to CEO level, global networker, client relationship developer.
- Bespoke design and delivery of interpersonal training programs including (but not limited to); Leadership Development Program, Managing Conflict, Coaching Skills, Presentation Skills, Respectful Behaviours, Empathy in the Workplace, Unconscious Bias, Performance Manager training, New Manager Milestone Training, Consulting Skills, Building Rapport, Feedback Masterclass, Resilience and Wellbeing, Mental Health Awareness, DiSC Communications and behaviors development, Graduate Development Program.
- Lead Facilitator for KPMG MESA programs.
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA) surveys, interviews, focus groups.
- HR Leader: Development of competency framework, new role profiles for whole firm, rollout of global values program, policy design, personnel relationship management.
