As Programme Manager for Enterprise Integration, led the integration of the infrastructure of ABN Amro into RBS GBM environments. Key Projects & Achievements Successfully led the data centre strategy programme procuring, building and implementing new highly resilient data centre capacity while ensuring close alignment with the wider group strategy. Successfully delivered a £0.5bn capital investment programme to eliminate operational resilience shortcomings identified after a severe but plausible operational disruption. Managed delivery of virtual desktop & virtual voice deployments, property acquisition, data centre build & migration and M&E upgrades across multiple properties. The programme allowed the business to withstand property and technology failures seamlessly across the London campus.
