• Work with the customer, development team, and other functional areas as appropriate to plan, define, schedule, document, and coordinate information systems development/enhancement efforts to produce effective technology and/or business solutions that meet the current and future needs of the customer and the organization
• Conduct business process analyses, requirements gathering, and preliminary benefits analyses
• Define and analyze detailed business, functional, and system requirements/designs from which technical and/or business solutions are produced
• Act as a resource to lead and/or conduct various testing activities and/or quality reviews, assist in interface designs, analyze usability and workflow, analyze current and future state processes, coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues, and ensure application functionality meets client expectations
• Participate in the implementation and/or conversion process for new/enhanced systems and/or processes
• Develop, maintain, and execute a wide range of moderately complex quality tests with full competency to ensure software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements
• Develop moderately complex test plans and scripts
Pharmacy Benefit Analyst (1 year then promoted)
• Handle basic to moderately complex benefit change requests and research questions
• Work difficult requests that involve multiple benefit changes, code review, benefit design specifications, and coordination with other departments
• Research and look at tables impacted, order of processing, down-stream impacts, unintended consequences
• Perform testing and validation to confirm the new benefit setup processes as expected and meets customer requirements and all appropriate forms and documentation are fully and accurately completed
