• Improved KPIs in all objectives in first 12 months in the position: students served improved from 70% of target to 92%; persistence from spring to fall improved from 58% to 84%, degree attained in 4 years AND transferred to a 4-year institution improved from 25% to 33%
• Rewrote grant renewal application in collaboration with Institutional Research and Grants personnel • Overhauled the program records management system using underutilized functions of an existing database to improve student experience and staff efficiency
• Responsible for the development and administration of all grant-related procedural elements including creation and administration of the grant budget of nearly $300k per year, maintenance of all required records, and production and submission of all mandated reports to demonstrate compliance and ensure continuity of funding
• Co-created interdepartmental assessment project to determine current levels of faculty and staff awareness and comfort levels in working with students with disabilities, drafted and implemented an improvement plan based on findings, and iterated findings into subsequent assessment planning cycles and educational interventions
• Co-chair of the JED Campus Subcommittee on Campus Policy charged with creating equitable and easily accessible voluntary and mandatory leave policies, readiness to return policies, and tuition insurance options
• Member of the President’s Strategic Leadership Council, utilizing concepts from Strategic Doing to maintain forward progress on implementing the college’s Strategic Plan, With Equity at its Core
