An award winning composer and sound designer as a musician Crystal has been a musician since a child. In her professional work as an accountant she has worked with start ups to gross over 10million euro's, implemented ERP systems and trained staff on streamlining processes making businesses more profitable by identifying strengths and weaknesses in their cashflow and budgeting and simplifying the process. Crystal is an expert in MUSIC & ACCOUNTANY. Quite the numeric mix with an out of the box solutions consultant for business. Crystal loves to mentor and coach as well as get her hands into some interesting projects that really challenge her and keep her thinking dynamically. As a business owner herself she knows only too well the pitfalls and areas that are key to growth.
