Jan. 2019Baltimore, Maryland, United StatesLiaise with Senior Leadership from each national account to facilitate design and creation of e-commerce websites, including all associated branded products, marketing materials and strategies, analytics reporting, and metrics Build and manage a portfolio of 30 e-commerce stores for national accounts including clients in the education, entertainment, and not-for-profit industries Oversee e-commerce operations including: sales, production, marketing, design, and events and ensure all sites are up to date, functional, and aligned with brand goals and messaging Responsible for development of 30 client Shopify sites, including pre-launch client meetings, contract negotiations, site build-out, developer communication, site maintenance, as well as all related SEO, domain acquisition, DNS updates, product uploads, analytics, customer service, and design edits Responsible for the marketing roadmap for each individual account Set, track, and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, leveraging data to uncover trends Outline and implement projects intended to increase revenue capture, audience size, brand awareness, brand loyalty, competitive advantages and advise on progression of company efforts and improvement opportunities Work with other Director-level employees to ensure company metrics are tracked and goals are met or exceeded Oversee all retail product design, photography, printing, manufacturing, customer service, fulfillment, and shipping Oversee on-site management of all client/industry events including conventions, sales conferences, regional pop-ups, and meet-and-greets
