Once success was recognised at the flagship pub, this was then communicated and supervised with the Area Manager for a dozen other pubs. The strategy was executed through digital support including managing social media strategies to ensure the presence of the pub was effectively communicated. Monitoring engagement and creating dialogue between sister pubs on all digital channels was an important key to success and analysis was crucial. Drive open rates for mailers, drive traffic to website, raising online review ratings, hosting networking events were all part of my daily duties.
