Oct. 2005 - Sep. 2020Administers operation of the entire retail line of business to include branches and eServices; Research and develop new products and services and ensure policies and programs are inline with overall bank retail sales and service objectives. Responsible for the overall supervision, processing and administration of the bank’s human resource functions. Maintains employee files in keeping records up-to-date and accurate; Provides assistance and support to employees in all human resource functions including benefits, Staffing, Compensation and training, coordinates and administers interviews for new applicants, processes necessary employment forms and administers initial orientation; Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and guidelines. Tracks various human resources data (i.e. attendance, overtime, EEO/Affirmative Action, benefits, 401K enrollment. Serves as coordinator for bank’s involvement in community events as well as internal bank activities.
