All of the marketing and sales activities were needed to be reported daily and weekly to the upper management. My job was not only to write reports, but also to establish new reporting systems, both for me and my employees. B2B communication was also part of my job. Here i closed multiple contracts with other companies. Process was handled by me from the moment of first cold call to the moment we close the deal and invoice the partner. I also provided support and education to the Customer Support team, especially in regards to improving their communication, levels of patience and overall impression that they have on the clients.
