Mar. 2019 - Apr. 2023Riyadh, Saudi Arabia• Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement, Cash Flow statement and other financial reports to summarize current and projected cash flow for managerial decision making.
• Assist with month end closing and prepare journal entries necessary to reconcile GL accounts.
• Prepares supporting schedules and analyses from the General Ledger & subsidiary ledgers.
• To control and supervise the financial accounting related matters General ledger (including accounts receivables, accounts payables, fixed assets) and to make sure proper maintenance of books of accounts of all the entities managed
• BANK works – preparing Loans request / Letter of Credit / Letter of Guarantee.
• Review and posting of Petty Cash in SAP
• Ensure that all statutory requirements of the division are met including VAT
• Responsible for directing and coordinating the work of a number of accounting associates in all aspects of accounting including general ledger, Cash & Bank Accounts, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Office Expenses,
• Ensuring all Invoices and costs are identified and recorded accurately in SAP.
• Responsible for Creation of General Ledger under different groups or heads as needed and as per chart of account, Customer Accounts & Vendor Accounts in SAP.
• Assist in preparation of Trading, Profit & Loss account, and Balance sheet.
• Posting of all entries i.e., Journal Entries, payments entries, payables, receivables
• Review and audit the Sub Contractors & Foreign, Local Suppliers invoices, and arranging for payments
• Preparation of Monthly Input & Output VAT file and dealing with GAZT dept.
• Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation
• Responsible for Posting Fixed Assets entries in SAP
• Prepared Ageing report for payable • Reviewed and reclassifying expenses and revenue in order to record in correct GL account.
• Monitoring AR/AP accounts to ensure the timely and accurate transactions & Cash flow cycle
