Solution: I devised an incentive system for local community managers, implemented tools for scoring metrics,
and started regular engagement activities for the community members.
Result: community grew by 65% in 9 countries. Moreover, I emphasized the importance of stimulating new
members with something more meaningful than airdrops, building a more emotional connection to the
product, for example, taking part in hackathons and giving away grants for the developers. This later resulted
in an opportunity for our project Certificado to get involved in grants and hackathons.

I had 400 students, a team of 6 moderators, and a club for alumni. We achieved 90% retention, which is a
record high for this niche. We did numerous collaborations with influencers, and I used this online course to
gather a following and drive attention to my other start-up - mental health app.

Netflix, BitTorrent, DropBox, and Uber to test out hypotheses and learn quickly. It also includes the North
Start Metric, Aha-moment, building growth teams, etc. The book ends with a few interviews with experienced
successful founders.
