• Conducting my research in order present experimental findings in published written papers, oral presentations and international conferences in addition to meeting industry targets.
• Networking with partners and experts in academia and industry to identify and design experimental objectives within set timelines and cost constraints to advance scientific knowledge for future spent nuclear fuel recycling processes.
• Management of both undergraduate students within my research group. This involves setting objectives, managing their resources and providing intellectual support to contribute to their final degree and to develop their engineering and scientific skill set.

The role built on my abilities to deliver objectives and duties at pace and under pressure, serving critical interests of the United Kingdom's defence. My work required an ability to coordinate assets and to network across HM government teams, delivering products to critical timelines whilst representing both the British Military and the United Kingdom in domestic and international strategic partnerships and alliances.
